EIC Julius Caesar and Max Kühner/AUT come up trumps at the Longines Global Champions Tour.
With Austria's Max Kühner in the saddle, the eleven-year-old Couleur Rubin son EIC Julius Caesar (breeder: Spexgoor Stables) delivered a fabulous performance at the Longines Global Champions Tour in Shanghai/CHN. With a clear round in the CSI5* time trial over 1.55 meters, the first competition, and the resulting ninth place in the individual classification, the powerful jumping gelding made a significant contribution to the Shanghai Swans' victory in the team competition, seamlessly following on from his success at the end of March, where he took third place under the saddle of Max Kühner in the Grand Prix Hermès, a CSI5* jumping competition over 1.60 meters, after another clear round in the jump-off.
