"The foals from the first crop of Bellany all convince with an extremely noble habitus, correctness, enormous mechanics and very active hind legs, swinging nicely over the back."

Bellany's offspring give rise to the highest hopes and have made a promising start under saddle. His foals have already made a name for themselves and were among the most expensive at auctions. One son was among the best at the German Foal Championships in Lienen.

Under Therese Nilshagen/SWE, Bellany has a record of victories and placings in medium (M) level tests for young dressage horses. Previously, the acclaimed Oldenburg champion stallion had made his mark as expected with a brilliant performance test (canter and rideability 9.0, trot, interior and willingness to perform 8.5) and his victorious sport debut.

Bellany's pedigree shows a valuable jumping bloodline through his close relationship to René Tebbel's Ramiro's Son I, Sören von Rönne's Ramiro's Son II and Delta's Bubka.
The sire Bon Coeur, who also produced our Bon Courage, won silver twice at the National Riding Horse Championships and continued his career in Sweden with successes in Inter I.

In the further generations the breeding heroes De Niro, Langata Son, Pik Bube I, Moltke I and Farnese follow.
The granddam St.Pr.St. Langatia is a half-sister to Christine Stückelberger's/SUI Ramiro's Bube and the licensed Ramiro's Boy.

The licensed stallions Don Crusador, Hohenstaufen I and II, Contendros Bube, Quantensprung and the 1990 Bundessieger mare, Pik Bubes Girl, also come from the Holsteiner line 5421.

"Bellany is the prototype of the ultra-modern dressage horse - and passes on his habitus, his movement standard and his extremely powerful hind leg."

Wolfgang Stagge, manager of the DLZ
