What a season: La Vie qualified for the Nuremberg Burg Pokal Final under Therese Nilshagen/SWE with over 75 percent and made his debut in the international Small Tour at the CHIO Aachen with third place in the Inter I (73.441 percent).
As a five- and six-year-old, he won his ticket for the Bundeschampionate after previously completing a highly rated sport test in Verden (8.44).

Sons were licensed from La Vie's first crop. His daughter Elsa came sixth at the German Elite Mare Championships, Sun La Vie went on to win the Oldenburg Brillantring. His sporty offspring are led by the Hanoverian silver and bronze winners La Bonheur and La Memoria.

His sire is the Celle state stud stallion Livaldon, who was interestingly bred via Vivaldi-Donnerhall-Eiger II and is successful at advanced (S) level.

The dam Sarafina also produced the full sister Loudzi Gold/Pauline Guillem/FRA, who placed in the international small tour.

The dam's sire Scolari, himself promoted up to advanced level, produced top horses with high frequency.

The granddam is the dam of Ribadeo (by Riverside), who was successful up to St. Georges level.
The line also produced the Grand Prix-placed Water World (by World Cup I) under Bastian Konzag.

"La Vie is a model pupil: always there, always ready to perform. He passes this on to his offspring, just like his speed and his generous movement."

Wolfgang Stagge, farm manager of the DLZ
